Today I’m sharing my top beauty products of the week. This time, it’s all about the eyes and brows. Here we go!
So… I finally found an eyeliner that I can use and that works WITH me, and not against me when it comes to perfect lines. I’ve heard a lot of the gel eyeliners, but I honestly did not believe that they can make my job so easy and effortless in creating the perfect eye-line. Maybelline – Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner, comes with a thin application brush that helps me be precise when I apply the gel eyeliner on my eyelids. Here is the best part: it does not smudge or come off, it’s long lasting so I don’t have to worry about that. I have it in color Blackest Black and I am not going back to the liquid eyeliner anytime soon. It retails for approximately $8.
I’ll be honest. I heard about this mascara from a girl that I barely knew, but she was so excited when talking about it, that it caught my attention. She got me curious. I am a BIG, BIG fan of mascaras, in general, because I almost never wear faux lashes. They bother me and I end up taking them off before I even go out. Anyhow…After speaking with the girl, I went online and started researching for reviews. The reviews were 50%-50% so I wasn’t sure if it’s even worth it. I had to decide for myself so I went straight to Sephora to try it out. Can you believe that it literally took 30 seconds and I decided to buy it? I think it’s by far the best mascara I have used. It makes your eyelashes long and thick. I always apply two coats just to get that faux lash effect. I love it!!! It retails for $23.
I have been using Maybelline Sculpting Brow Mascara for a very long time. It’s just one of those must-have products. Regardless if I have other five eyebrow shaping products, the Sculpting Brow Mascara is always there. The application is quick and precise, and it’s really helpful when I’m in a hurry and have no time for the whole process of brows painting & shaping. It retails for $8.
I am such a big fan of the MAC 217 Blending Brush! I can totally tell the difference this brush makes when applying eye shadow. It glides on my eyelids easily, making the blending process seem effortless. Even though the MAC 217 is a blending brush, I like to use it as a “one-brush-band,” for everything. Price: $43 on Amazon.
